The event stretches along Del Prado Avenue and is expected to feature 325 custom and classic cars, with thousands of spectators attending throughout the day.
What to Expect at the Dana Point Car Show
The Dana Point Classic Car Show features much more than cars. Visitors can walk Del Prado and see a variety of classics, hot rods, woodies, restored vehicles, and custom cars while enjoying the atmosphere of downtown Dana Point.

The People’s Choice Award also gives spectators an opportunity to vote for their favorite vehicle. Voting is scheduled to close at 1:00 PM, with the car show award ceremony taking place at 2:15 PM near Amber Lantern.
Getting to the 2026 Dana Point Car Show
The car show takes place on Del Prado Avenue in Dana Point’s Lantern District. Public street parking and designated City of Dana Point public parking lots are available throughout the surrounding area.
The free Dana Point Trolley will also be operating on event day, making it another convenient option for getting to and from the show. Visitors should be aware that some trolley stops and routes near Del Prado may be temporarily adjusted for the event.
For those arriving by e-bike, the event is also scheduled to offer a free e-bike corral at Old Golden Lantern and Del Prado. Riders will need to bring their own locks.
